This is Bitsiel
Bitsiel is an ICT security provider. Our mission is to serve organizations with specific requirements for infrastructure and data in terms of security and privacy. Customers include: departments of ministries, educational institutions and companies. We aim to be as transparent as possible, and will at all times respect privacy and data legislation.
On the IT side, we focus mainly on the implementation and maintenance of the various solutions we offer. We are authorized as a partner by a number of important software suppliers.
Vision
Our vision is to provide the customer with full control over access to their systems and thus all their data. The customer decides to whom, when and how access is granted. After all, the customer always remains responsible for their own data.
We are ISO 27001 and NEN 7510 certified
The ISO 27001 standard is a globally recognized standard for information security and covers all aspects of our services. This certification demonstrates that we take the protection of your data seriously and handle personal and business data with care. By achieving ISO 27001 certification, we can proudly state that our information security is well organized! This ensures that we meet the expectations of our customers and ourselves regarding information security, as well as the requirements of the GDPR.
In addition, we are also NEN 7510 certified. This standard specifically focuses on information security in the healthcare sector and ensures that we meet the highest standards for securely processing medical and sensitive data. This highlights our commitment to privacy and data security, especially in environments where this is crucial.
Both certifications were conducted by DEKRA and confirm our ongoing efforts to safeguard the security and integrity of your information.

On April 23, 2024, at the Go Beyond event in London, Bitsiel was named Most Innovative Partner of the Year EMEA by BeyondTrust!

Bitsiel received the award 'Regional Channel Partner of the Year Benelux/Nordics' at the BeyondTrust Channel Awards ceremony on April 11, 2023. Our Sales Manager Johan Meems accepted the award with pride. Initiator of the award ceremony, BeyondTrust, announced the winners during an online event.

BeyondTrust Regional Reseller of the Year

In 2018, we became the Regional Reseller UKI/Nordics/Benelux of the year for BeyondTrust for the first time. This award was evaluated based on two components: the amount of revenue and the quality of implementations. We are very proud that as Bitsiel, we have achieved this title every subsequent year. We see this as confirmation of a strong partnership between BeyondTrust and Bitsiel.
